There are alternatives to calling

Sometimes an email, contact form, chat counseling, or a message to a trusted person is easier. A prepared sentence can also help.

You do not have to do everything alone

You can ask someone to sit next to you, call with you, or help start the first contact. That is allowed.

In danger, immediate help matters

If you are not safe or there is acute danger, please do not wait for a perfect call. In Germany, 112 is for acute danger.
