Writing can be a start

For young people there are services such as krisenchat, Nummer gegen Kummer, and U25. You do not need perfect words. A few words are enough to start.

You may get help before it escalates

Worries, pressure, school, family, conflict, fear, emptiness, or suicidal thoughts are reasons not to stay alone. You do not need a diagnosis (A professional assessment by a qualified person. You do not always need a diagnosis before asking for help.).

If you are in danger

If you might harm yourself, are threatened, or are not safe right now, use real help immediately. 112 is for acute danger in Germany.
