erstmalreden.de uses two separate AI areas: quick orientation and a calm conversation space.
The AI areas are meant to help with sorting, wording, and understanding help paths. Find help is for short concrete questions. Start talking is a calm conversation space.
The AI is not a therapist, doctor, counseling center, or emergency service. It does not diagnose, decide about treatment, or replace real help.
“Find help” uses Mistral Small 4; “Start talking” uses Mistral Large 3. Both models come from the European provider Mistral AI and are accessed through its direct API. Use of API data for model training is disabled. Complete non-retention has not currently been confirmed.
If warning signs are detected, a fixed urgent-help response is shown. This response is not freely invented by the model. In immediate danger in Germany, call 112.
