These notes explain which data is technically processed when using erstmalreden.de.

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested file, and browser information so the page can be delivered.
If you use an AI area, your input, selected language, chat type, and technical request information are sent to the connected AI provider so an answer can be generated. Please do not enter names, addresses, or unnecessarily personal details.
Word search runs locally in the browser. Only after a deliberate press on “Search” is the entered sentence sent through OpenRouter to VoyageAI and the Voyage 4 Large embedding model to find pages with matching meaning. erstmalreden.de does not store the search sentence in its own database. The request is made with data collection disabled; complete non-retention is not promised. Please do not enter names, addresses, or unnecessary personal details there either.
“Find help” uses Mistral Small 4; “Start talking” uses Mistral Large 3. Both models come from the European provider Mistral AI and are accessed through its direct API. Use of API data for model training is disabled. Zero Data Retention has not currently been confirmed, so the site does not promise complete non-retention.
The static website uses no user account, no newsletter, no own database, and no advertising tracking. Chat histories are not stored server-side; during a session, content may remain in the browser.
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
