Guide from erstmalreden.de
erstmalreden.de is meant to offer orientation without pretending that a website is real help, therapy, or emergency care.
AI, privacy & limits
The help compass does not ask for a diagnosis (A professional assessment by a qualified person. You do not always need a diagnosis before asking for help.). You choose an everyday situation and get careful orientation, possible contact points, and wording for a first contact.
"Find help" is for short concrete questions about help paths, numbers, and wording. "Start talking" is a calm conversation space for telling, unloading, and finding words. Both areas are AI systems.
The page does not store your chat history server-side in its own database. AI requests are technically sent to the displayed provider. That is why you should not enter names, addresses, phone numbers, diagnoses, or unnecessary personal data.
When warning signs for acute danger are detected, the model should not continue freely. The page shows fixed urgent-help notices: 112 for immediate danger, 116 123 TelefonSeelsorge, 116 111 for children and teenagers, and other real contact points.
Detection looks for warning signs such as suicidal thoughts, self-harm, concrete plans, available means, saying goodbye, or not being safe. It can still make mistakes. If you do not feel safe, do not wait for a suitable AI answer; use real help immediately.
erstmalreden.de does not replace counseling, therapy, diagnosis, or emergency help. The page can help with sorting, but it does not decide treatment, safety, or medical questions.
